From there, we venture to other captivating destinations, including Hanoi, Hoi An, Saigon in Vietnam, and Mae Sod and Chanthaburi in Thailand. These gemstone hotspots offer unique opportunities to visit gemstone markets and gain insights into the local gemstone industry.

While our tours are heavily focused on gem activities, we also dedicate time for shopping, relaxation, and cultural exploration. Thailand and Vietnam boast a rich history and culture, with numerous temples, museums, and non-gem markets awaiting your discovery. We go the extra mile to curate additional experiences, such as cooking classes, spa days, and glass blowing courses, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching journey.

No trip to Thailand and Vietnam is complete without savoring the delectable local cuisine. Our tours include ample opportunities to indulge in street food delights, while also providing options for those who prefer a more Westernized palate. Itinerary and Logistics

Our tours generally begin at 10 am to accommodate the local business hours, which tend to open late and stay open later. The pace of our tours is leisurely, allowing you to savor each moment, but it’s important to note that late nights are not recommended due to the tiring nature of the activities. We strive to return to the hotel by 4 pm, allowing you time to relax before dinner. In the evening, we typically gather for a pre-dinner drink at 6 pm, followed by a delightful dinner. If you’re up for it, join Andy and his sister for some people watching or late gemstone deals after dinner. Please note that meeting gemstone dealers can occur as early as 7 am or as late as 11 pm, with arrangements made in suitable locations.
